Our factories check on the quality in every step of producing: product design, material analysis, working procedure control, finished product checking, using computers and various kinds of quality checking instruments. It has advanced design and manufacture technology, perfect measuring and testing method.
First, our factories have own quality control system in designing and manufacturing, and most of them acquire the ISO9002 certificate. They have all kinds of testing facilities to guarantee material test to be of good result.
Second, we head office send our group to supervise and inspect. We audit our factories, by our own experienced engineers, using our own documents; we audit the foundries and forging factories, tracing each heat number; our engineers stay in factories to solve technical problem if happened; and before each order deliveried, our own inspector will check every bearing to make confirmation.
